With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, Aaron is renowned for being a highly technical and successful Independent Financial Adviser; a reputation which is testament to his strong work ethic and professionalism. Aaron is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Although Aaron is a General Practitioner, he is frequently called upon by clients and other professionals to advise in complex specialist areas and has a particular expertise in advising business owners in all aspects of financial planning at both corporate and individual levels.

Before joining MGFP, Lee had previously worked as an Investment Manager for 18 years within a solicitors practice, where he successfully ran their in-house Advisory Management Services. As a Chartered Financial Planner, Lee’s areas of expertise are investment management, pre & post retirement planning and advising Trustees on all Trust matters. He provides quality holistic advice to MGFP clients covering the full range of services that it offers to both private and corporate clients.
Having worked for over 25 years within financial services; Neil has extensive experience in advising businesses and high net worth clients in all areas of financial planning. Working closely with the Directors of MGFP, Neil assists the company in developing business, specialising in pre and post retirement planning, employee benefits and corporate financial planning.
As a Chartered Financial Planner & Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, Tracy is a general practitioner looking after a number of long standing clients as well as working as a Senior Paraplanner on a daily basis. With over 30 years in the industry, Tracy has gained valuable industry experience working for other Kent based Advisory firms in various different roles. She is well equipped to deal with all aspects of financial planning on both an individual and corporate level.
Tim is an experienced Chartered Financial Planner and advises many of our private clients on all aspects of their financial planning including investments, portfolio construction, retirement planning, taxation and trusts. He is also involved in business development and looks after some of our professional partners.
After graduating with a first-class degree in Economics, Grant aspired to become a successful Financial Planner where he could forge long term relationships with clients and help them to achieve what they want in life by delivering a high level of independent advice. With a solid background in technical paraplanning, he has been a welcome addition to our growing advisory team, working alongside our existing financial planners. Grant has achieved Chartered status and is enroute for Fellowship.
Mike started his career in private banking where he spent many years advising clients on retirement planning, investments and protection before moving to a well-known national financial planning firm to advise businesses and private clients on all aspects of financial planning. Seeking fresh challenges, Mike now prefers to work for an independent practice where he can continue to develop technically and provide holistic advice to a broader spectrum of clients, whilst working alongside professional partnerships.
